Regarding 911 signal, it CAN be real. I've seen both ways. It means nothing if you are watching just T&S. Small time pumpers will do it just to pump, and nothing happens.

On the other hand if you have a known market maker doing a ton of conversions and they suddenly stop after a 911 signal, it usually indicates they are done and news is pending. I've seen some real rocket ships under this scenario.
