Convertible dept. Companies like this have to issue shares to fund operations. It is often called "toxic financing". It is to be expected to a certain degree down here in OTC Penny Land.

Keep in mind while we are down significantly from the recent high last week, we are still up 2,000% from 2 weeks ago. If we hold $0.01, we are in a great position for the next leg up. These conversions can't go on too much longer. There are a finite number of shares issued for convertible debt.
