Why not, its still a penny stock. Don't almost all penny stocks scam the shareholders, (in some way). Why even worry about illegally manipulating a stock price when you can dilute it for free.

I bought in after no bid on a pure gamble that they are going to keep spinning PR's nad that eventually it will jump with the revenue they are taking in. But that's at best, a hail mary.
