Lmao you didnt get the whole convo back then. It was about people stating that there were royalties coming from Microsoft and there wasnt. It was a one time lump sum payment. My point was if sfor was on 120 million machines and microsoft needed a license it would show on the fins and revneues would be high. In this case microsoft paid one time and used the hell out of sfor products and sfor was left with only 4.1 million after fees were paid. Its called bad management. A real licensing deal should have been done and sfor woulf have reaped the rewards

You see Kay makes stupid mistakes that cost the company money. He doesnt think big. Hes proven that over 15 years he cant get it right. Maybe in these lawsuits he will do it right but look at the past 15 years and investors expect him to turn around in a year.
