Hi Rick,

Long story short, ICNB's accounting firm is working to properly capture the Bellissima sales. Being that it is still under review by the accountants, shareholders will need to wait until the filing is released to review this information.

In regards to Mr. Bianco, I can confirm he is receiving stock in ICNB and not United Spirits. United Spirits has an arms length service relationship with ICNB.
