You can find companies on the big boards with the same language. It's called safe harbor statements. This is a developmental stage company, they are expected to be losing money during this phase. The catch is, if you are holding shares in one of these companies and they start securing contracts, the gains are astronomical.

If you don't like safe harbor statements there are always cash rich companies like APP*. The growth is pretty much gone, but they don't raise cash and pay a small dividend.

It's all about your investment strategy. Safe vs aggressive. Safe makes your investment safer, but the upside is very limited. Speculative developmental companies are riskier, but the upside can be staggering.
