Wow! Those claims are not in my iBox section! The only misleading info I see is related to your claim that Keough was charged with extortion? Dude, where's that link? We can send it to Keough to confirm. If that is coming from Otiko, peeps should back way off on their holdings here until the issue can be worked out.

Here is Keough's LI Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stevenkeough

Obviously, this is NOT the Keough that worked at iNet in 2009 and was charged with extortion.

Keough plans to protect his IP. He was a former IP practice leader at a reputable law firm, and practicing lawyer.

The Dakota products are going to market this month. We can get more details on their products soon. I think total wound healing is in their lineup.

No one gets to "take over" a patent-pending invention because one owner doesn't want to pursue it. The method of transfer is through Assignment. There is no Assignment in the USPTO records I linked.

Otiko has no transdermal delivery system to claim as his own. He has never provided key details to anyone. I'm not certain I would believe a word out of his mouth at this time.

According to Josten Theney, Otiko claimed a copyright to a horror flick by creating a false document. Otiko was Executive Producer/partial screenwriter. Check out this link below--Item 3. I see parallels to Otiko selling the flick on the web without consent from his partner to his references to the transdermal delivery system as his own.

Done with this one for the day. Have things to do, places to go, people to see.

So after looking at your ibox and doing some quick research, Dakotas 99% efficiency is in regards to killing bacteria, Not total wound efficiency. Your post is misleading. In terms of what happened between the three, it appears Keough was charged with extortion of an old boss? Phillips has responded to investors from this board stating they are not pursuing the product and Otiko has taken control. This should resolve all your concerns. Seems like a solid investment IMO.
