[There will be no reverse split. Already been over this so many times. The CEO would not have taken 30mil shares instead of salary just to R/S on himself. The lowest ratio they have the option for is 250:1 which would leave less than 6mil OS which is absurd. The shareholder letter clearly states:

"The board shall maintain the right to elect not to proceed with the reverse split if it determines that this proposal is no longer in the best interest of the company."

The reverse split was nothing more than a tactic to scare the toxic lenders into dumping their shares to end dilution as fast as possible. It worked and here we are back on the up and up. No more debt, no more dilution, no reverse split.
