There is no chance Dan will R/S - he recently acquired 30 million shares. Why would any R/S on that? Especially since he hasn't taking a salary in 3 years.

The R/S noticed was issued when dilution was in full effect, he didn't count on the share price to stabalize. He assumed the O/S would hit 10 billion.

He will cancel the R/S within the next month, watch. No man would do damage to shareholders and even themselves like that.
