I copy/pasted these below, because I can't get my screen shots to paste on here from MS Paint. If you don't believe these- then call or email Ryan yourself. Better yet, send him this whole link and ask for confirmation of these being legit. I'm sure he will give you the same answers. I'm seriously PERMANENTLY DONE with this stock.

I suggest you also research the Trademark that will be abandoned on March 23rd if there is no response to the letter they sent out. Other people have tried to twist it into something else. Yes, one of the FIRST Trademarks they applied for WAS rejected because of too much familiarity. The FINAL Trademark of Bellissima -Con Amore- Christie Brinkley, IS live/active, HOWEVER it is under review because Christie Brinkley only gave permission for Rich & United Spirits to use her name on the bottle of HER wine. Christie would have to do a Trademark release as well, in order for Rich & United Spirits to claim the Trademark. Doesn't look like that is going to happen, unless it happens by tomorrow.

I am hoping you can please set the record straight on something:
Will Iconic Brands Inc. (ICNB) directly make any profit off the sales of Bellissima products? There are MANY people, myself included, who are putting money into ICNB stock, on the assumption that the company will directly profit from these sales. I have seen many red flags with ICNB on whether it is legit or not.

Hello, Mr. Troup,


I am an ICNB shareholder, and I am seeking a few answers to put my mind at ease with investing in this stock. I emailed the main Bellissima website months ago and never got a response.


How are United Spirits & ICNB connected when it comes to profits from sales???


I know United Spirits is the distributor for Bellissima. However, United Spirits is a Private Company, so IMO, they will take most of the profit. I look on forums and see people posting, and they are under the impression that ICNB is going to be making the MOST profits from these sales. I just don't see it that way. The way I see it:

ICNB stands to only make a SMALL percentage of total sales, or even a 10% royalty from leasing the brand name.


I would like to invest more in ICNB, but I need some clear confirmation first on where the profits are going, because at this point-I'm ready to sell all.

The CEO was traveling all of last week. I did get a chance to speak with him about your request for information yesterday. He informed me that he will not be discussing his margins with shareholders at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
