2 weeks is a lifetime in the OTC world. With all the controversy here, the share price isn't going to move up like people are thinking it will. Unless they tell us something new, this is turning into a "sell on news" play. It's not OTCQB anymore either.

Until the merger actually happens, this is just an overpriced controversial shell.
