MobilePro hasn't reacted very positively to any recent PR to date, although they seem to react quite well to MM and TS pumps, (small) lol. This may actually be easily constituted as a fact, and not an opinion.
We need a lot from the Tempe region for things to heat up,imo.
Refi will be nice, but not the icing on the cake.
Major players on the sidelines looking at MobilePro, they just want to see what we want to see...
