Ms. Top, I'm confused. We can see from public documents that the patent has been assigned to VLL. Is this not the case? We cannot see from public documents what Max Sound owns in relation to VLL. Max Sound describes itself as more than a mere licensee. It says it is a co-owner. But we don't know whether this means it owns shares in VLL or something else altogether. And accordingly we don't really have any way of knowing how Max Sound would profit from any successes in the various legal proceedings or other income flow.

There was oblique reference made in the appeal hearing to an agreement that would address the standing issue. But we don't know the terms of that agreement, and it appears that though a draft was filed in that proceeding its legal effect depended on a condition predecent of some kind.

Can you shed light on any of this?
