Upcoming PR's:
1. Q4/Annual earnings in 2 weeks. Which will include two big catalysts, 100% earnings growth, company turning cash flow positive. MyDx had $383k revenue for 2015, and has $574k revenue through the first 3 quarters of 2016, with launches of new products, new venders and distributors, increased international sales and orders coming in daily. Along with annual and Q4 earnings, we will most likely get an update on 2017 revenue expectations.
2. First $100k payment from the $217k settlement, which will come in the next 30 days.
3. Debt free. First $100k payment will be used to pay off the last $35k worth of debt before it becomes convertible.
4. End of dilution. It's already over, but after the last note gets paid off within 30 days, we will get an official statement.
This is all just within the next 30 days. Q1 earnings will come out mid May, in which the company expects to become profitable. I also expect an update on the MyDx2 in May or June, as it's slated to be released this summer. Lots of great things going for MyDx.
