I can give you a simple reason why.. Its because they were never in the business of giving news just to pump as many have claimed. I know for some it may be hard to believe but everything isnt just easy even when you have a product that works.

Ask many weapons manufacturers who try to win contracts for the US military. There have been many cases to where a weapon was better and cheaper in all aspects for that category of weapon vs what the current branch of service was using and vs the competition and yet still lost to another manufacturer for whatever reason (you can figure that reason out or speculate on that, im sure many can figure out a few logical reasons as to why the obvious choice still lost).

But anyways the moral of the story is this. Stuff just takes time and patience. And no laying around just sitting on what you got.
