Well let's see what happens, I'm assuming Redman was caught off guard and did not know what he could or could not disclose. I say this because it would be strange for them to file an 8k last Wednesday indicating the deal was still on for March 17 and update OTCmarkets on last Thursday, just to 2 days later (today) act like it wouldn't happen or that it would take "awhile".

Yes maybe, the deal hasn't been officially inked completely yet so Kistler is still the owner of AEPP making OTCMarkets incorrect. Hopefully we'll know more this week.
