Peter's repayment is a good thing. To me it is like the pilot of a crashing airplane grabbing the last parachute and getting ready to jump when the copilot yells "hey, I fixed the problem with the plane so now you can take off the parachute. I think Peter is repaying the loan because Wavx is fixed.
