These are not patent numbers. They are provisional application numbers. Sorry for the confusion. As stated earlier, the doctor submitted provisional applications. He needs to follow up with a patent application. When a patent application is published in the USPTO or WIPO, I will reference these "inventions" as pending or granted patents.
