Even if it doesn't hit that mark today, we are still in a very good position to hit that mark and plus tomorrow. Volume a little anemic compared to Friday, but that only means still under the radar. Once this breaks that wall of 0.036 it will set off the chartist scan and they will make a move. No one wants to make a move unless there is some news, but they don't realize once news breaks the ask will be 30-50% higher from the previous days close.
