I am going to throw my 2 cents in since no one is talking about UAMM this morning.

Lets looks at this.

1. We still haven't seen the name/ticker change. They updated us on that vaguely, but no progress has been made that we the investors can see.

2. The websites: Cannamedi.com has posted a coming soon page, but to be honest, the underlying page structure has not changed since. I have watched it and knowing how web design and development works. If it were being worked on, it seems to me something would have changed. Also, they have not changed the cannaxa.com site at all. If they made a coming soon page for Cannamedi, why not Cannaxa

3. OTC Markets: The company is current on filings and has achieved Pink Current status. They also retired 40mil of common stock and have no Restricted shares. If they want to get on the OTCQB board, they have to maintain a .01 share price for at least 30 days prior. We are 2 weeks in to that 30 day window, but today we are inching lower to the under .01 mark. If they dont put out news soon, they will end a day this week below .01 and will have to start that process over.

4. They posted for sale a Grow tent kit to include a company branded Grow light that is also being sold seperately. Looking at the grow light, and a little DD, has informed me that this light is an OEM light and is rebranded for the Cannaxa name. The company has not created a new grow light, but rather is reselling an existing light on the market. That being said, they are reselling it at a cheaper price than the current market is selling it, in some cases by $100 cheaper, so that could be a benefit. I contacted UAMM with some technical questions about the grow kit on Thursday, yet still have yet to hear back from them. This is worrisome, because if they wanted to sell the kits, it seems they would answer questions expediantly for someone who wants to purchase one. Especially since there is no site to sell them on yet.

5. There are some connections between UAMM on other companies that could either be cause for excitement, or cause for concern. Time will tell on these.

My personal opinion is that this company is starting to make me nervous. I have lost money from my initial investment, yet I have not sold yet. I know what my bottom is, and when I get there, I will sell. I don't want to see this company tank as I believe it has the potential to do great things. That being said, I wont pump just to raise my stakes. I will tell it like it is and let the other investors make their descisions likewise. Personally, a little marketing and follow-through could go a long way and I believe we could have a real winner on our hands, but we will have to wait and see.
