UBIQ also had two letters from the SEC regarding previous Financials so it is likely there were concerns about the adequacy and accuracy of information in the two sets of Financials. Then the company stopped filing Financials, thus the necessity to suspend the stock with an ADMIN Proceeding to revoke UBIQ's stock registration.
