It will actually be Pixel Mags since Solaris will no longer exist. What's remaining with Solaris - assets and SS, right?

So if LEXG cannot come up with a upfront buyout with a financier, I guess Pixel Mags is willing to take future royalties for payment.
They are going thru an evaluation period right now to determine the worth!
