The MOU outlines licensing terms for use of the technology as a component of the Ultrasonic Generator package, as well as giving LEXG the right to continue to develop the technology for other applications.


The deal we are working on with the team at SPCL will be beneficial to both companies because once patented, SPCL will receive additional compensation and an ongoing royalty in perpetuity.



I am guessing LEXG is paying nowhere near the "$30-40M valuation" It sounds to me like Solaris will still hold the IP (for now) and is only licensing LEXG to use and develop it further. Then, IF it is patented there may be additional revenue coming for Solaris in the form of licensing fees.

The really good news to come from this is is the "on or before May 1" I would think that we will see financial data before this date now.
