Folks: Deal is effectively done. OTC Markets shows Redman and Payne as the company O&D's.

This is not done by OTC Markets - the Company itself manages that info, has to go in and enter it manually.

This means that Oncolix now has access to the OTC Markets account. What does that further signify?

OTC Markets will not give account access to anyone but verified company employees. The Oncolix regime is now in control.
