I agree with your post....management have made a number of errors and frankly I agree with quite a bit of what Happy Librarian says about the rotten governance and lack of accountability by the board of directors. Personally I think Linda should go.....I think the last 18 months she has struggled and is completely out of her depth in addressing huge concerns around the corporate structure and the consequences of being a short target in a public listed company. She is frankly off radar in terms of leading the company in the best interests of shareholders. I personally believe she has run the company in a way that gives her more or less complete control without accepting the responsibility of being accountable to shareholders who have funded her strategy. It has all been about who controls the company from what I can see....going it alone without the right management resources or funding. The weak get attacked and mostly fail.


The data from P3 i think is more likely at the end of Q2 or Q3 and what I hope will happen is ( subject to a positive read out ) a cash rich buyer will make an offer of around $10 a share ($2-3B) and most will be happy to sell....
