Newflow, that Disputed Equity Escrow - LTIs from DS was for the DIME litigation. I cannot remember the exact amount that was held, but it was close to 450 million that was to be used for DIME litigation claim. It has nothing to do with money coming back to escrow.

As I had a lot of DIME I followed it daily.

DIME shareholders got scrxxed in that deal, and received nothing. Judge Block ruled that FDIC had to pay JPMorgan Chase Bank in the amount of $538,615,584.65 a total award. DIME shareholders attempted to intervene as they had contraction rights to 85% Net Award, but JMW ruled against shareholders – she was very wrong!
