Hi Rick,
I was just forwarded that post. They took my email and added in words/sentences and totally twisted it around to make it sound very negative. I am considering the best course of action right now. I can assure you that email was tampered with in a bad way.

"Thanks for the email. My company was hired to handle shareholder communications only. The company gets 40-50 calls and email per day from shareholders. It was taking up way to (sic) much of the CEO's time. The press releases will still becoming directly from the company. We will be disseminating all PR's, articles and other investors materials to our investor lists and social media pages.
I have discussed the idea of providing sales previews/projections with the CEO. As of right now the company plans on releasing financial numbers on the next quarterly only. If that changes I will let you know.
The last press release was 15 days ago and with multiple deals in the works we should hear an update from the company soon. In the CEO's own words, the California deal is expected to be finalized any day now. There is not much more I can discuss regarding pending deals until an announcement is made publicly.
