I do believe the approved formulation in Canada is substantially different from the formulations approved in Europe.

If that is the case, the position of Abbott/Mylan about commercial viability may well be justified.

If their position is justified -- and if that same formulation is adopted by the FDA -- then Allergan and Ferring may have the same reaction to that formulation.
