ALL! "Shares of Markland common stock traded on or after the ex-dividend date shall be traded without the right to receive any Technest dividend shares."

Thou shall be punish if you sold

your "MRKL" after May 1, 2006

Crying and Buying your shares back will not help..

Once sold all rights to the shares of

Technest Holdings Inc. are lost..

I would have sold my "MRKL" but I paid 0.11 a share..

So I should get my Technest Holdings Inc. shares

If I am reading this right.

Also this will cut my loss on "MRKL"

Odds are of the 10,000,000 shares of "TCNH"

Less than 5,000,000 shares will be given out..

So "MRKL" got you again..

Don't get mad get even and write the SEC

Those of you that had the "MRKL" shares on 01 May 06
