Ruby, I was wondering the same thing. Biogen liked the results on the material transfer agreement, approached Missling with a price, and by the way has been impressed with ALZ results, and Missling said NO F'ING way with that shit price. Pissed off BIIB and they made some smartass comment, which in turn, made Missling issue the "poison" pill issuance on the proxy. You never know, but seems somewhat logical.
