No. If you read what I said "these stocks". I use charts regularly just not on these sub penny stocks. It's an exercise in futility. This chart says nobody gave a crap then bam something bright and shiny, then back again, nothing more. Facts are it is solid tech by a accomplished professional. Follow the player not the game...
