OK, I'm listening and I thank you for the dialog. They say they want to avoid a RS. They had a huge buyer. They only needed 10 days above a dollar. Tell me what share price Ronin's purchases would have soared to without the assistance of the ~23 million shares they dumped on that market. I don't need Rocket Science to tell me it would have reached the $1.00 mark and stayed there for the time needed to avoid the RS.

So what you're saying is that the going concern clause due March 13 would have been compromised if they hadn't dumped the 23 million shares into the market at .33-.70 per share. It was more important than the RS + a higher share price for operation of the company. I'm no corporate accountant, as you'd figure out quickly, but if I were a logically thinking normal person, I'd think avoidance of RS + higher share price would be more important, if for only 10 days or so, than a 3/13 deadline for a statement in the quarterly. Is this just an uninformed opinion? Maybe so because, admittedly, I am not an accountant and not knowledgeable about how to weight the two sides.

Maybe it won't matter in the long run but for now, it stinks and makes me angry. But I always love to be corrected when it helps form a more realistic picture of how things are, especially with my most favorite investment of a lifetime, PPHM.

So, I'm listening and greatly value your writings!
