I totally disagree with you.

If they're willing to sell at that price, then by deduction, that must be the value they think it's worth. Actions speak louder than words in this case. If they were truly concerned about the low share price, then they have the power to reduce the shares dumped on the market

I agree you can take that stance if you want, just like corporal is. But the real life environment may not be the simplistic one you are painting here. Did you not just read Asmarterwookie's post about needing to sell (@$.64) to raise some cash dictated by a personal deadline. I GUARANTEE that he does not think the company is worth 64 cents/share. His actions there did not say "I believe PPHM is only worth 64 cents per share." You should rethink some of things that others post. The ATM sales had nothing to do with an rs but rather with a requirement about the going concern clause. Be careful who you listen to......
