Just a heads up. Firefox implemented a dual memory scheme with it's 64bit version and people should see two firefox processes running at around 200K or less each most the time. And if you really want to go nuts click on services tab while in task manager to see just about everything running up front and in the background.

Sysinternals has been a long running 3rd party source for tons of diagnostic freeware. I think 'autoruns' came from them, which is a good process viewer program. But people shouldn't remove stuff until they do enough research to know if it's a MS program or 3rd party.

There are sources all over the net to get a good run down on which services need to be running or not. I've never seen one single good reason to leave ANYTHING running in the background checking on updates for themselves.
