I highly doubt a merger, however Wanderp*** quarterly statement did have this to say:

"Wanderp*** may also use a portion of expected product sale net proceeds for the possible acquisition of additional businesses and technologies or the establishment of joint ventures that are complementary to our current
or future business. We cannot be certain that we will complete any acquisition or joint venture or, that if completed, any acquisition or joint venture will be successful. We cannot be certain that we will be able to obtain financing to attain the goals and enhancements discussed above"

I feel like it may be more of a "joint venture" than a merger. Just my .02 though. I am just speculating like the rest of us...
