This is a young small biotech that is very optimistic about its pipeline and always puts data in the most favorable light

Agreed on all points...maybe excepting the risk reward ratio. The reward is clearly huge...just too much risk for my taste at this point. I wish you and in fact all longs luck in this lottery...not because of financial reasons but because of the desperate need for effective AD treatment.
