The President of the GROzone sub owns 50% of the subs stock... He is the inventor and it would lose tremendous value not having him involved/motivated, so him holding half of the ownership makes sense.

I assume all revenue/profits will go through AMFE, but if they ever sell it, or spin it off into its own ticker, thats when he would benefit, as he should
