SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION STATEMENT
The Corporation is providing the following information as further disclosure of developments it
believes are material to its shareholders.
The Company had previously entered into a consulting agreement with J. P. CAREY
ENTERPRISES, INC. for services related to business development and corporate finance. The
Company has accounted for this agreement in its filings and is making this disclosure for clarity
and further transparency.
The agreement was dated January 18, 2016 and took the form of a Consulting Agreement,
Convertible Promissory note and Board Resolution.
