Techisbest..that is not the Sanswire 2 prototype in the background of the pictures, as would be expected in light of the security measures that have been taken to date. The text of Chang's article, as you have posted, says the 125' prototype is in a guarded hanger held down by orange sandbags. The picture shows a fabric component that is not being held down but is resting on sawhorse type fixtures. If you look carefully you can see it "draping" across them. In one picture orange cones are visible but they are not visible in the other picture, so they would not have been mistaken by the author for sandbags holding it down. There are air hoses which likely are keeping it inflated with regular air. In an e-mail to Rocky, Tim Huff identified this fabric component as part of the gas containment system, which as we know resides within the rigid frame of the Sanswire airship. This is essentially a photo prop set up for the article, imo.
