I see a lot of people talking about selling some, then on the drop, use the money to buy more. I understand the philosophy behind it but I can't figure out how it would be cost effective. If I sold 2,000 shares at $1.50 then used all that money to buy @ $1.10, after fees and capital gains tax, it wouldn't be worth it. And if it doesn't drop to $1.10, I lost money. Are people selling 10k shares?
