I have severe spinal stenosis and also need a hip replacement. I purchased in hopes to get a little relief without using my TENS unit or getting monthly shots. I was shocked. The pain in my back was 100% gone while I had it on and when I put it on my hip the pain was decreased by 50%. I got my first night undisturbed sleep in years. I was so happy this morning I wanted to cry or jump for joy. Not crazy about the adhesive but I used.medical tape to put it on. You put it on thinking you should feel something but there is no pulse like a TENS unit but it works more effectively. I am going to purchase several more.
