The CEO didn't buy 30mil shares...he took 30mil shares INSTEAD OF SALARY, right at the end of Q4 when he already knew what revenue and earnings was going to look like. Why would a CEO take 30mil shares instead of pay unless he knew 100% that PPS would increase? And this also shows that there will be no R/S. He wouldn't take 30mil shares just to R/S and lose them all.
