We know D'Couto is stalling. The question is the why. Many expect blockbuster news because of perceived S4W battery testing results, not published results, but from a comment on a sell sheet.

That is a good indicator for the performance but not completely concrete.

I went looking for a patent application for the Powerchip battery and cannot find anything from NEAH or D'Couto from 2013 thru last year about a battery or about battery electrodes or electrolyte.

So is he using someone else's IP for this or did D'Couto flub paperwork and now realizes he doesn't have patent protection for his product and is keeping it under wraps ?

Yet nothing on the NEAH website about the patent applications in the newsfeed, yet they did file an 8K on the PR.

I hope I am searching wrong, I did find multiple patents and applications for the Fuel Cell but nothing specific to a battery.

This is something Neah Power Systems should address.
