Why does we, the escrow holders, are treated as retarded individuals?
We don't need to know the sealed documents, we don't need to know the itemized book value of assets in Purchase Agreement almost 9 years.
On the country, the robber sold our mortgages even been sued nationwide did not need own title/mortgages of the properties which mortgages were owned by us.
Which deal/ agreement does not need to let seller know the listed items and prices of each items?
Why did buyer and middleman know all the items and value of goods in the deal except the seller?
