Good article. I read something similar but it hadn't outlined the details of HOW the pesticides were detected. Regardless of various setbacks that cause people to panic, which is inevitable with highly volatile stocks as these, we all know in the back of our minds that this industry will only gain momentum.

Three big announcements will boost the mj industry and act as the pillars that will support future growth/wealth...

First, an announcement to reschedule. We'd all like to believe the feds will eliminate it altogether but plain and simple, they will not. Look at the government like a business that must maintain "market share" of their portion of money/influence. They can still realize the tax benefits of medical mj but will also realize the funding involved in enforcing criminal related laws that apply outside of what is considered "medical use". Just like how they process people who take prescription pills without a prescription. Plenty of others have noted similar projections on other mj boards.

Second, a formal announcement from the administration about the healthcare/medical industry and how mj research is contributing to a transition of how we as society not only view cannabis but also the practices involved for the millions of people who would benefit from its use. Of course, there will always be those who target the adverse use of smoking, but the same goes for alcohol and it's readily available everywhere. 71% of Florida voters voted for Amendment 2 this last election, which included those who voted for both Trump and Hillary... at least mj is one thing both sides of society can agree on.

Third, the announcement of Jim O'Neil to administer the FDA. Anyone that's been following this industry is aware of his stance on mj.

...if anyone has any input about what else would help strengthen this industry, feel free to post. Would only add support from the bottom up.

People need to stop worrying/whining about Sessions. Trump picked him because of his stance on immigration, not so much his drug enforcement policies. The people are more divided about illegals than they are about mj, as the Florida vote is a perfect example.

Until the gov. figures out how to position themselves in this relatively new market, it will remain as is, with only individual States pushing for legal use. The feds have to write legislation that are not only mutually accepted by those States where mj is already legal but those that are not currently. When was the last time you knew of 50 different people to agree on exactly the same thing(s)?
