I believe that the FTC will publish their remedy ( lower royality rates ) very soon. My personally expection is: 0,00 - 0,25 % SDRAM and 1,00 - 1,5 % DDR. I´m sure that the FTC will offer "acceptable rates" in order to avoid an appeal and to keep face.

If the royalities are acceptable for Rambus and if Rambus agrees, do you believe that the amigos will do the same ? Is there are a possibility for an industrial wide settlement ?

After six years of ligitation, corruption, injustice and dissapointsments we have got the big chance to reach a final end.

I´m tired and I have got a lot of grey hairs over this years. Should I drink more Coke? Coke keeps awake and supports the natural hair growing..

I would like to hear your personally opinion.
