Play, originally when the yield was changed to current some time ago, the company got a one-time exception from OTC Markets (Pinksheets) as the lawyer has to physically meet the company principles. The company is based in China and he is in New York. They have so far communicated via Skype. The company is a "nonreporting entity" meaning they do not have to file statements but the company chooses to do so. With limited capital, the company has chosen to address other areas of the business first before the expense of flying the lawyer as well as paying for his time and expense. And securities lawyers are not cheap. Getting the company to "Current" status is still something the company plans to do after commercial production has started and once the company is in full swing. The statements themselves are not the accurate barometer of company progress or developments.

In other developments, a draft version of a news release has been written and will be out very soon. The company tells me that the last element before announcing commercial production is financing. A non dilutive financing is in the works and is expected to close very soon.

Subject: Yield Sign

Hi Tom,

For some time now my barometer for accessing the progress of the company has been the Yield Sign. Reason being from where I sit it makes no sense to have a Worldwide Roll Out with it in place. Especially, if an increase in the Price Per Share is one of the Company's main objectives.

After the Stop and Yield signs were removed, and after a short time the Yield was put back up, I called you for the reason why, and you stated, the Attorney Opinion Letter was not valid because, even though it was done via video it had to be from the company's Headquarters, at the time Hong Kong. Now Headquarter seem to be in the United States, based on the last Financial Report. Based on this what say you in regards to my present concerns?

Always thanks,
