I also own ETCR but have not followed the discussion on RB. Has the possibility been discussed over there that the Corp. is the majority "member" of the LLC? In effect, the transferring of the rights would merely be a "legal" thing & the shareholders of the corp. would still be the owners.

Don't know this to be fact, just suggesting a possibility.
