Mary (Bagheera) are you aware of whats happening with ETCR now? Apparently they got the Kentucky contract but then the CEO posts an "oh by the way" comment on the website that he assigned all the rights to the ETCR software patents to another "holding" company that he is the President of. So far, he has refused to answer anyone's questions or put out a P.R.

The RB board is going nuts with his sudden change of attitude. HArd to say really what is going on and he never disclosed via 8K or otherwise to the shareholders when this patent transfer took place. Trying to keep an open mind but the whole situation seems pretty stinky to me. If anyone else is following this situation I would like to hear from you since the RB is totally useless right now.
