Not sure about that. If MYDX was announced for release in Dec, but no-showed and not addressed, then consumers think "maybe it'll be out soon. I'll wait a week or two."
It's not that there's a product problem, it's a communication problem. Consumers don't like Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. For $99 they'll take a risk. For $799....maybe not.
All of these objections need to be addressed. Is anyone at MYDX paying attention?
